The IT Helpdesk welcomes all students, faculty and staff for walk ins. Special requests and appointments can be made via phone (773) 995-3963 or via email helpdesk@domestictunerz.com
All Loaner Laptop requests and questions need to be directed to helpdesk@domestictunerz.com.
Students that are willing to request a loaner laptop or request an extension should send an email with their CSU ID# and class schedule attached.

IT provides a test webinar before the real event so everyone will have a hands on experience. Please ensure any Webinar requests come to us at least 3-5 Business days prior to event. IT stays online in the webinar chat throughout the meeting, to ensure the webinar doesn’t run into any technical issues. |
